Local violin and viola virtuoso Kay Newnam presents chamber music in the acoustically warm and friendly Fuller Lodge twice a year. From baroque masters to modern experimentalists, and sampling over a full pallet of orchestral voices during its 30-year history, Kay assembles unique ensembles for each concert, drawing from a rich pool of professional musicians, to achieve the diversity and quality for which this series is renowned. Coffee (or tea) and a luscious dessert are served prior to the music, allowing audiences to warm up and settle in before each performance. Two concert dates are typically scheduled each year, one in late summer, and one in celebration of St. Valentine’s Day. Music begins at 8:15, with doors opened at 7:30. Admission includes a dessert and beverage served prior to the concert. Seating is reserved and limited, with tickets available at CB Fox approximately one month prior to each concert. We suggest you purchase your tickets early, as these concerts often sell out in advance.
