2018 Spring Arts Fair Artist/Vendor Registration Page

ARTISTS: Please READ THE REGULATIONS ( you must agree to abide by them when registering below). Then, Register for the 2018 Spring Fair by filling out the form * near the bottom of this page. Be Sure to Press”SUBMIT” to send the information.  Then, EMAIL your 5 photos (4 of art, 1 of booth, jpeg, no larger than 1 mb each, in color please) to laarts@rt66.com. Then, pay your fee (links below). Only after we receive the payment will your art (from the photos) be reviewed by our Jury. Acceptance to the Fair will be EMAILED to you. Be SURE you give a working email address. If you do not hear from us within 3 days of submitting this form, please call 505-663-0477. It may happen that your email gets put in our junk folder or some other technical issue. No registrations will be accepted after April 30, 2018, sorry.
Food Vendors and Non-Profit Organizations: READ THE REGULATIONS. Registration is different for you. Please download the correct form -> ( | non-profit organization | food vendor |) then email it to laarts@rt66.com. Pay your fee below. You will be notified by email whether you are admitted to the Fair.
Registration / Booth Fees for 2018 (follow these links to Pay your Fees via PayPal):
$125 individual artist booth, before 4/21/2018
$175 shared (2 artists) booth, before 4/21/2018
$175 individual artist after 4/21/2018 (accepted until May 1, no refunds)
$225 shared (2 artists) booth after 4/21/2018 (accepted until May 1, no refunds)
Food Vendor Booth Space (if available): $25
Non-Profit Organization: $20
