Artist Craft Fair Application

This page is for Artists to apply to the May and November Craft Fairs.

At this time, with the current restrictions from the Governor’s Office, NM Department of Health, the Centers for Disease Control, and Los Alamos County, we are still planning on Spring Arts and Crafts Fair to continue as scheduled on Saturday, May 2nd. If you are a vendor who has already applied to the show, we will be sending you information on Monday, March 16th. If you have not already applied, we invite you to do so! We are closely monitoring the information regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and will update our webpage and vendors as soon as we can. 

The Arts Council has been instructed by Los Alamos County to maintain social distancing for public health. From March 16th through April 6th, all LAAC Staff will be working remotely. If you choose to call us at 505-663-0477, please allow us 48 hours to return your call. You may also email us at

The May fair will be held Saturday, May 2nd, 2020. The November Fair will remain the weekend before Thanksgiving. For 2020, the fair will be held on Saturday, November 21st.

YOU MUST SELECT SUBMIT BEFORE ADDING THE BOOTH FEE TO YOUR CART. After you select “Submit”, you will return to this page and can add the booth fee. Paid Booth Fees without an application will be returned to the vendor after one week. Applications without a paid booth fee, if marked paying by PayPal, will receive a declined letter after one week.
