Joy CHarles and
aaron Anderson

Aaron Anderson has been playing keyboards all over the Mountain West for many years. He's into jazz, rock, and blues, and really caught the music bug while at the College of Idaho. Joy Charles is a classically trained cellist from Los Angeles. She studied cello performance at Indiana University and is a working musician and teacher. Her dream is to play in the orchestra pit for Hamilton. Several years ago, Joy and Aaron teamed up for a wedding, and a fruitful collaboration was born. The duo combines songs and ideas from our seemingly disparate experiences and influences creating a unique and original repertoire. By combining their different musical backgrounds, choosing music from a wide range of styles, and applying unique arrangements, they bring out the best in each other and in a song. Fuller Lodge is a favorite venue, and we are excited to return to the Brown Bag series for 2024.
