In/Motion Exhibit Opening
Have you ever seen something that you cannot believe is standing still? From drawn motion studies to sculptures of birds in flight to crochet running socks, this exhibit encouraged applicants to submit works that evoke motion and/or celebrate the moving image. Join us for the opening of this dynamic exhibit.

Art&Nature Exhibit Opening
The Los Alamos Arts Council presents an eco-friendly exhibit in honor of the Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC)’s 25th Anniversary, showcasing the inseparable bond between art and nature. Open to New Mexico-based artists, the exhibition welcomes works in any medium that explore nature and our place within it—ranging from eco-optimism and pessimism to landscape photography.
Kite Festival 2025
Kite Festival 2025 starts with our annual volunteer and member appreciation dinner at Fuller Lodge Art Center. Join us Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-4PM at Overlook Park for Kites galore! Presented with generous funding from Enterprise Bank and our local sponsors, this annual festival delights all ages.

LAAC Professional Development Info Session: Marketing Your Art
The Los Alamos Arts Council is proud to present a FREE professional development workshop series. The second informational session being held will provide tips and tricks to budding and established artists to help create awareness and generate sales of their art. The class will discuss creating a visual identity, branding examples, places to share your art and more.

The Los Alamos Arts Council is proud to present a FREE professional development workshop series. The first session titled "Getting Involved" will cover how to get involved with LAAC as a gallery artist, an exhibit artist, a craft fair artist/vendor, and other LAAC activities (volunteering, staff, etc.) The workshop is intended for newer artists who may be less familiar with our programming, but all are welcome.
