Missoula Children’s Theatre 2024

HERCULES! Audition: Monday, October 7th.

A FREE audition will be held for the Missoula Children's Theatre original adaptation of HERCULES! Oct 7th from 4 PM to 6 PM. Those auditioning should arrive at 4 PM and plan to stay for the full two hours. Students cast in the performance will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the audition.

Approximately 50-60 roles are available for local students. In years past, Missoula Children's Theater has cast every student who has auditioned whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee a space for all students.

All students from 1st-8th Grade are encouraged to audition. No advance preparation is necessary. 

This production is part of the Missoula Children's Theatre's unique international touring project and is presented locally by Los Alamos Arts Council.

After auditions, students who are selected for the performance (and plan on that being your student!) will be sent to our registration desk on site to pay your $50.00 registration fee. 

Rehearsals: Monday-Friday at various times.

Monday, 10/7: 6:15 PM-8:15 PM

Tuesday, 10/8: 4 PM-8:15 PM

Wednesday 10/9: 9 AM-2 PM

Thursday, 10/10: 9 AM-2 PM

Friday, 10/11: 9 AM-3 PM

Note that Wednesday and Thursday rehearsals may end slightly before 2, unless the student is registered with the Los Alamos Arts Council afternoon programming. Plan to pack a small lunch and snack for your student. There is no fridge or microwave access, so please plan accordingly.

Students enrolled in our afternoon programs will be accompanied by several of our staff members on the Atomic City Transit to Fuller Lodge Art Center. If you do NOT wish for your student to ride the bus, you will need to transport them to our programs at the FLAC. Registration for After School programming will be separate from Missoula registration.

Performance: Saturday, October 12th.

Performer Call Time on Saturday: 4:30 PM

Performance on Saturday: 6 PM

Tickets for the performance will be available beforehand online as well as at the front desk of the Fuller Lodge Art Center. Tickets will also be available on the day of the performance.
